სტატია ეძღვნება ქართული იურიდიული ენის ფორმირების ისტორიის კერძო შემთხვევას - დემოკრატიული რესპუბლიკის 1921 წლის კონსტიტუციაში გამოყენებულ იურიდიულ ტერმინებს, რომლებიც ვერ დამკვიდრდა ქართულ იურიდიულ მეტყველებაში, რაც ასე თვალსაჩინოა დღევანდელი გადმოსახედიდან - 100 წელზე მეტი ხნის გასვლის შემდგომ, და გვაფიქრებინებს, რომ თანამედროვე იურიდიული ტერმინების გარკვეულ ნაწილსაც მომავალში იგივე ბედი ელის.
