Aims and Scope

The journal aims to establish a dynamic and international scientific platform for comparative research of Georgian-European law institutes, to expand the Georgian scientific discourse in the transnational context in all areas of law, to scientifically promote legal approximation of Georgian law to European law and to foster its European integration through comparative legal studies.

To achieve the above stated goals, the Journal carries out:

a) Promoting the scientific status of the journal, its integration into international scientific databases and the internationalization of research.

b) Establishment of effective scientific cooperation and communication platform of foreign and Georgian scientists-researchers.

c) Identification of research areas and attraction of experts - authors and reviewers from the relevant fields.

d) Consistent harmonization of the journal's publishing policy with international publishing standards.

e) Regular distribution of the journal (with printed and electronic form) in Georgian and European academic and professional circles and scientific-library spaces.
