სტატია ეძღვნება ქართული სამართლის ძეგლებში არსებული ერთი იურიდიული ფორმულის ანალიზს. ეს ფორმულა ხშირად გვხვდება მეფისა თუ სხვა მაღალი იერარქების განკარგულებებში და, იმდროინდელ საზოგადოებაში არსებული წარმოდგენების თანახმად, ითვლებოდა საბუთის ადრესატისადმი მიმართულ მძლავრ სოციალურ ბერკეტად, რომელიც ხელს უწყობდა დოკუმენტის ავტორის ნების აღსრულებას.
