წინამდებარე სტატია ეძღვნება ქუჩაში დადებული ხელშეკრულების ცნებისა და მისი არსებითი პირობების განსაზღვრას. სტატიის ძირითადი მიზანია ქუჩაში დადებული ხელშეკრულების არსის განხილვა და ქართული სამეცნიერო დოქტრინის ამ კუთხით განვითარება; ასევე, ქართული სამომხმარებლო ბაზრის შესწავლით მომხმარებელთა უფლებების რეალიზებასთან დაკავშირებული პრობლემატიკის წარმოჩენა; ამ საკითხებთან დაკავშირებით არსებული ევროპული და ქართული საკანონმდებლო ბაზის მიმოხილვა და ამ უკანასკნელის სრულყოფის მიზნით რეკომენდაციების შემუშავება; ევროპული სამართლის ქვეყნების ანალოგიური ინსტიტუტების გამოკვლევით და ერთგვარი სინთეზის საშუალებით ქართულ სამართლებრივ რეალობაზე მაქსიმალურად კარგად მორგებული მოდელის შექმნა.წყაროები
