დე­ცენ­ტრა­ლი­ზა­ცი­ის კონ­ცეფ­ცი­ის თა­ო­ბა­ზე მსჯე­ლო­ბა დღემ­დე არ წყდე­ბა. დე­ცენ­ტრა­ლი­ზა­ცი­ის პრო­ცე­სი კი მსოფ­ლიო ტენ­დენ­ცი­ად იქ­ცა. მი­უ­ხე­და­ვად ამი­სა, დე­ცენ­ტრა­ლი­ზა­ცი­ის შე­დე­გე­ბი არა­ერ­თგვა­რო­ვა­ნია და წარ­მა­ტე­ბულ შემ­თხვე­ვებ­თან ერ­თად, ბევ­რი წა­რუ­მა­ტე­ბე­ლი მა­გა­ლი­თიც დაგ­როვ­და. წარ­მოდ­გე­ნი­ლი სტა­ტია აა­ნა­ლი­ზებს დე­ცენ­ტრა­ლი­ზა­ცი­ის ძი­რი­თად კონ­ცეფ­ცი­ას, მის და­დე­ბით და უარ­ყო­ფით მხა­რე­ებს, აგ­რეთ­ვე, გა­ნი­ხი­ლავს დე­ცენ­ტრა­ლი­ზა­ცი­ის რე­ფორ­მის გა­მოწ­ვე­ვებ­სა და შე­დე­გებს.
