Bibliography Standards

The article conducted in the Georgian language, should be followed by the bibliography, which combines consolidated and numbered sources in the following order:

a) Normative materials and acts cited in the Georgian language (indicating the date of adoption);

b) Georgian scientific literature in alphabetical order;

c) Decisions of Georgian Courts (in descending order, from newest to oldest);

d) Normative materials and acts cited in the English language (indicating the date of adoption);

e) Normative materials and acts cited in a foreign language other than English (in descending order, from newest to oldest);

f) English scientific literature in alphabetical order;

g) Scientific literature cited in a foreign language other than English in alphabetical order;

h) Foreign Court decisions cited in the English language (in descending order, from newest to oldest);

i) Foreign Court Decisions cited in a language other than English (in descending order, from newest to oldest);

l) Separately cited links in the manuscript (without the title of the e-source).

The article conducted in the English language, should likewise be followed by the bibliography, which combines consolidated and numbered sources in the following order:

a) Normative materials and acts cited (translated) in the English language (indicating the date of adoption);

b) Normative materials and acts cited (translated) in a language other than English (indicating the date of adoption);

c) Scientific sources cited (translated) in the English language in alphabetical order;

d) Scientific sources cited in a language other than English in alphabetical order;

e) Court decisions cited (translated) in the English language (in descending order, from newest to oldest);

f) Court decisions cited in a language other than English (in descending order, from newest to oldest);

g) Separately cited links in the manuscript (without the title of the e-source).

Foreign sources published in a language other than Western European, should be translated into English in the footnotes and bibliography, and the language of the original should be indicated at the end of each source, e. g., (in Georgian).

As the last requisite of the scientific source, the bibliography should indicate the cited page numbers. If several pages of the same scientific source are cited, the bibliography should specify the relevant scientific course once and list the pages cited in the manuscript by distinguishing them with a comma.
