სტაჟირების ხელშეკრულება იმ სამართლებრივ ინსტიტუტთა შორისაა, რომელიც მოწესრიგდა 2020 წლის 29 სექტემბრის საქართველოს შრომის კოდექსში განხორციელებული საკანონმდებლო ცვლილებით. არსებობს სტაჟირების სხვადასხვა სახე, მათ შორისაა ღია ბაზრის სტაჟირება, როგორც დამსაქმებელსა და სტაჟიორს შორის შეთანხმების საფუძველზე წარმოშობილი ურთიერთობა. ასეთი მოდელი იშვიათად ექვემდებარება საკანონმდებლო რეგულირებას ევროპის ქვეყნებში ან საერთოდ არ არის ნებადართული.
სტატიაში განხილულია სტაჟირებისათვის დამახასითებელი ნიშნები, სახეები, შეფასებულია საქართველოს შრომის კოდექსით დამკვიდრებული რეგულირების მოდელი, აღწერილია ევროპული მიდგომა და პრაქტიკა, ასევე შემოთავაზებულია საკითხები სამომავლო კვლევისთვის.
